Treat your customer right in 2012

In the age of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the ever growing blog community, it would be wise to always treat your customers with courtesy.  Untied Airlines learned this lesson when they broke a customers  guitar.  The following song became a YouTube sensation.

 

 

TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE!

United Airlines tried to appease the musician, they offered him money and apologies. Too late! Our hero now had millions of hits and was getting far too much significance in his life to take the song down. He even offered up video of explanation.

 

AND THEN A SECOND SONG (NOT AS FUNNY BUT STILL PRETTY GOOD).

 

SO THE LESSON FOR BUSINESSES IN 2012; TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT, OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL!
